Yoga Classes are offered in my private in home studio located minutes away from Orleans, Cumberland and Gloucester in Rockland. Classes are always small and personalized to group and individualized needs.

Programs will run twice a week hoping starting March 6!

10 Week Program  once or twice per week… Sign up required no later than Two weeks prior to start date. Drop -ins need to contact us prior to class to ensure space is available to join by txt or email. See our contact page.
