Join us for this sacred circle honouring the turning of the season, the frost loosens its grip and the hidden seeds begin to stir. Together we will honour light and shadow as they stand in sacred balance. We gather as keepers of the old ways to honour the awakening of the earth. You are invited to this ritual to walk the path of renewal, to listen to the whisper of the wind through bare branches, to feel the stirring of life beneath the thawing earth. We will kinder the inner flame that guides our becoming casting intentions into the living weave of life, and awaken our potential within. Through ritual, intention and nature-woven symbolism, we welcome the returning of the sun. release the darkness of winter, and plant the first seeds of vision for the cycle ahead. Celebrate the living pulse and vibration of the earth with us! This ceremony is held in reverence with candlelight, elemental offerings, and promising intent for the future. Would you like to know how to blend your own herbal teas at home? We will go over the basics of blending herbal loose leaf teas to balance intent, flavour, energetics. We will discuss why one herb may not fit all… you will get the handouts of information we discuss along with some of my favourite seasonal tea recipes! Full Moon Healing Ritual

Under the full moon’s silver gaze, we gather in sacred stillness, where earth and sky meet. the earth roots us in the bones of existence, water softens our hearts flowing through memory and dream, fire awakens our will and burns away what binds the spirit, and air carries our healing through the night sky lifting our voices to the unseen. Reiki First Degree Training

Awake the healer within!, Reiki first degree is a gentle initiation into the unseen currents of healing energy that moves though all life. Take time to slow down, go inward and awaken your higher self’s natural ability to heal yourself and those around you. This course offers a calm healing opportunity, nurturing the ability to connect to Usui Reiki. Balancing Poses and Preparation

In order to effectively carryout balancing poses in yoga we need to work on some muscle groups that engage the core to hold the body appropriately. Elder Futhark runes were once shaped by hand from wood and/or bone, guided by the listening of the völva — the seeress, who listened to the language of elements of all nature, and spirit.
In this Rune Crafting Workshop, we will slow down, enter that ancient rhythm, of listening and connection. We will craft our own rune set with intention and presence. As we craft, we will explore the meaning of each symbol and open the door to the quiet guidance they carry.
