Reiki Services:

A $25 deposit is required for Reiki Sessions, A $50 deposit is required for Reiki Massage, Reiki Training and Hot Stone upon booking.

Distance Reiki offered: Sessions are held by Skype, Facetime or Facebook video calls.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments to be cancelled greater than 24hrs of your appointment time. Deposit is non refundable for missed and cancelled appointments not meeting the 24hr window.

Yoga & Meditation Classes:

Classes are held in a small studio space located in Rockland Ontario just minutes from Cumberland, Rockland, Orleans and Gloucester.  Classes are always in small groups as to provide individualized fine tuning to your personal yoga practice Traditional Hatha, flow, and yin yoga classes are offered. All levels welcome! I will guide you at the level geared to your personal learning and wellness needs. Private one on one sessions available.

Regular Class Schedule: 10 weeks at a time runs quarterly throughout the year

Hatha/Yin Class: 10 week programs running Monday evenings 7-8pm (excluding holiday weekends), Price is $120.

Hatha/Flow Class: 10 week programs running Wednesday evenings 7-8pm (excluding holiday weekends), Price is $120,
