Peaceful Horizons is located in Cumberland in the Ottawa East Region. I offer a variety of services based on individual needs. I run Yoga and Meditation classes twice a week both during the day and evenings for all levels, beginners welcome! Private yoga sessions can be one on one or in small groups. Prices will differ depending on needs. I am able to travel to convenient locations to teach. I offer special occasion events such as birthday parties, baccalaureate parties etc. I am a Reiki Master and offer Reiki Treatments and Reiki level certifications.
